IT Technician
Qualifications:
– Minimum of a Diploma (D3) Education
– Proficient knowledge of Operating system, Networks, Hardware, Software application, CCTV Instalation
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
– Proficient practically in networking Mikrotik Router, Access Point, Bandwith controller, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
Responsibilities:
– Assistance with setting up, troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware such as PC, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking equipment.
– Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
– Operating CCTV with proper installation and system as well
– Repairing and replacement equipment or IT inventory as necessary
– User support: Providing assistance to user with technical issue
